ORDERING GUIDE

Trays will serve the following approximate number of guests, with a minimum of four entrees:

(1) Aluminum Full Deep 40 - 50
(2) Aluminum Full Shallow 35 - 40
(3) Aluminum Half Deep 25 -30
(4) Aluminum Half Shallow 15 - 20

Please note that all entrees (except Biriyanis), will be accompanied by fragrant Basmati rice Pullau, garnished with brown onions & nuts. All appetizers will be accompanied by Coriander & tamarind Chutneys.
